Depuis 2006 nous chauffions déjà notre habitation avec une pompe à chaleur air/air. Nous avons fait partie des personnes à s’être fait berner par Thermoseme, une société qui commercialisait des pompes à chaleur sous leur nom et sous plusieurs labels de qualité. Ce sont d’ailleurs tous ces labels qui nous convaincu de leurs faire confiance à l'époque. Cette erreur aurait pu nous être catastrophique car 2 ans après cette société mettaient la clé sous la porte. Par chance le système de pompe qu’ils nous avaient installé n’était pas de leurs conceptions comme ils nous l’avaient vendu mais du matériel Hitachi estampiller à leurs noms. Une chance qui nous a permis de garder notre installation durant 16 ans sans problèmes. A la remise en route en octobre de cette année notre système s’est malheureusement mis en sécurité à cause du ventilateur du groupe en défaut. Cette pièce n'étant plus référencée notre installation ne pouvait donc être réparé. Nous avons fait beaucoup de recherches pour trouver un professionnel qui connaissait le matériel Hitachi. En tant qu’utilisateur d'installation de pompe à chaleur air/air averti, nous n'avons pas eu de mal à faire confiance à MDE climatisation. Sans chercher à nous vendre ce dont nous n’avons pas besoin, ils ont su nous proposer le matériel qu’il nous fallait, adapté aux pièces et à leurs particularités, et planifier rapidement des dates d’installations. Les membres de l'équipe qui est intervenu ont été ponctuels et très respectueux de notre habitation.
